Juan Fernandez HalconCo-Founder & CEO

Juan Fernandez is a dreamer, designer and entrepreneur whose time with and work for companies such as Apple, Disney and Nike have refined his vision and helped him to build a better company. Over the years, his titles have included graphic artist, photographer, Imagineer, Senior Systems Engineer, CTO and now CEO. 

His work with multiple creative and movie production technologies earned him feature film credits in Walt Disney's "Brother Bear" and "Lilo & Stitch." He helped to shape Apple's Enterprise business and Apple Hospitality Group, architecting and seeing through solutions for a majority of Apple's Direct Fortune 1000 customers. Juan spearheaded an in-room entertainment solution for Celebrity Cruises' three newest ships and a 1500 unit in-room compendium solution for the remodeled Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami.

Ryan AndersonCo-Founder & SVP of Engineering

Ryan spearheads all that is new and shiny for 7/Apps. From pushing our creative boundaries to developing new and outrageously disruptive technologies, he keeps us years ahead of our competition. Ryan led development of the 7apps.io platform, a revolutionary prototyping, design and content management system for iOS apps. He’s used 7apps.io to create apps for such companies as UrbanAirship, BlueCollar Interactive, and Gateway Canyons Resort.

Previously, as Lead Web Developer for Harlo Interactive, Ryan helped to more than triple the company’s size. He also helped develop Optimize Technologies and interactive websites such as the eBody Project, which is designed to help young women with eating disorders. Ryan now leads our internal development efforts and key technology initiatives.

Allison McCormick is fascinated with the future of technology and has an instinct for turning conventional thinking on its ear. As VP of Marketing, Allison brings to 7/Apps not only her own personal experience in marketing, PR, social networking and brand management, but also the strength of her company, AM:PM PR. 

Through her keen understanding of an app’s true potential and marketability, analysis of individual features and ability to discern whether they’ll make sense to consumers, Allison offers insight that us geeks just can’t touch. Besides winning an international award for social media on behalf of Tillamook Cheese, she serves on the board of Fish Emergency Services, chairs the public relations team and enjoys racking up Delta Sky Miles.

Chuck Goldman brings over 20 years experience in enterprise application development and mobility platforms. In 2009 Chuck founded Apperian and has spent the past 4 years working with Kleiner Perkins, Bessemer Ventures and North Bridge, building Apperian into the market leader in Mobile Application Management (MAM). In his various roles as founder and CEO, Chuck has raised over $30 million in venture capital and has built a mobile ecosystem of developers, brands, retailers, enterprises, and integrators who are looking to leverage mobility in b2b, b2c, and m2m markets. Prior to Apperian, Chuck spent 9 years as a Director at Apple, where he was in charge of integrating technologies into Apple’s largest education and enterprise customer infrastructures. Chuck launched the iPhone for Apple in 2007 and managed Apple’s iPhone Enterprise Beta Program. Chuck also led Apple’s largest project in the company’s history and worked directly for Steve Jobs executing Steve's vision of 1:1 computing in education and deploying the State of Maine's Laptop Program. Chuck lives in Boston, is married and has three teenage boys. He is also a former All-Scholastic goalie and NHL draftee.
